Walking in, staff were beyond wicked friendly! Showed us where to park and just went outta their way to help us out. Our room had these nice touches like slippers and bathrobes, really made us feel special. The view of the harbor was just beautiful, can't beat that vibe. We were so grateful for the warm service.

The location was absolutely stunning, perfectly situated next to the harbor with marvelous sea views that took my breath away! My room was a Superior Double or Twin Room with Sea View, featuring a front wall made entirely of glass for unrestricted views. The breakfast was impressive, offering unique local items like Spanish tortilla that made mornings delightful!

Just a great fit for short stay in Santander with best value for money ratio. The staff was super helpful, providing maps and restaurant suggestions. Check out the local cafes for a good breakfast deal.

vincci is a very clean hotel in a prime location. it’s just a short walk to the center where you can find great restaurants and tapas bars. the large bathroom was a nice touch, and having tea and coffee making facilities made our stay even better. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially oscar at the reception.

However, the bathroom had a bit of a smell at times, which was a letdown. But honestly, the room's cleaning was spot on, so that made up for it!
